Indonesian Embassy website home page www.indonesianembassy.org.nz Embassy's brief

The Indonesian Embassy wanted their website to exhibit the following features

What Ennovative Creationz delivered

Ennovative Creationz created an interim website in a short period of time due to an urgent need to align with the Embassy's tourism promotion event in NZ. We then went on to develop the site using similar architecture but enhanced design and features.

We provided guidance on approach and ran workshops on content creation. We created templates to make it easy for the Embassy staff to gather the content.

We even helped with the selection of a Web Host and with the 'go live' tasks. We trained the Embassy's staff on website maintenance.

We are also working with the Embassy with the design and printing of various publications. Read more.

Tools we used

XHTML, XML, PHP, CSS, Flash, Google Apps, Flash, Dreamweaver, Contribute, Indesign and Photoshop.

Embassy's testimonial

“The Embassy of Indonesia needed a website that was not just 'easy on the eyes', but also informative, easy to access (quick) and provide various kinds of information for different kinds of people.

Ennovative Creationz adopted a user-centric approach from day one. requested for a presentation They recommended and conducted a requirements gathering workshop prior to designing the website in order to capture the imagination and needs of the different departments of the embassy and to obtain their buy-in from day one. This was extremely beneficial because at the end of the day, the website needed to be something that was useable and acceptable by both the general public and the embassy staff.

Ennovative Creationz work on a relationship basis instead of an assignment basis. They were empathetic to our urgent and changing needs and not only responded quickly but exceeded our expectations on every occasion. We have formed a relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

I commend Ennovative Creationz for the creativity, hard work, innovation and especially for developing a website that promotes greater understanding a concept through 'collective minds'.”
